Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 12-24 hours of order placement. If we are unable to do this, we will provide an expected dispatch date from our premises as soon as this information is available.
- Store pickup is also available.
- Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
- Target Delivery Times Once Dispatched:
North Island - 1-2 working days*
South Island - 2-4 working days* - A signature is required for all deliveries.
- All orders are given a tracking number so that we can identify where the products are if there is a delay in receipt of goods
- Rural Deliveries may take an extra day or two.
